Role Overview
Work on silicon-level design at a deep-tech startup in Jaipur. Prototype digital logic, run functional verification, and build FPGA implementations for next-generation semiconductor IP targeting AI and edge compute.
What You'll Build
• RTL design in Verilog / VHDL for custom digital blocks • Functional verification environments using SystemVerilog and UVM • FPGA implementations on Xilinx / Intel platforms • Static timing analysis, synthesis, and place-and-route flows • Custom IP cores for signal processing and edge-AI acceleration
Skills & Requirements
• Verilog and/or VHDL for RTL design from scratch • SystemVerilog for testbench and UVM-based verification • FPGA toolchains — Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus • Simulation tools — ModelSim, Questa, or VCS • Static timing analysis and digital design fundamentals
